Wrongful Death Attorney

Florida

Florida Wrongful Death Attorney, Bill AveraBill Avera is the senior partner of the firm and is widely known as one of the first lawyers in the State of Florida to devote his practice to solely helping the injured and survivors in personal injury and wrongful death cases. As a result of lawsuits he filed on behalf of surviving family members, he was instrumental in the 1960's in forcing railroad companies to replace cross buck railroad signs with lighted and flashing gates at intersections to warn motorists of approaching trains resulting in a significant reduction in deaths across the state from railroad intersection collisions. He has tried innumerable personal injury and wrongful death cases during his 47 years of practice. He is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and is a past president of the Florida Justice Association.
