About Our Florida Attorney

Florida family law attorney Randi E. Dincher recently joined the Law Firm of Avera & Smith, LLP, having relocated with her family from Pennsylvania to Gainesville, Florida. She is an experienced practitioner having received her license to practice law by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1992 and the State of Florida in 2005. Randi concentrates her legal practice to the area of family law, which includes divorce, child custody, adoption and child support actions. Randi comes from Pennsylvania with a strong, positive reputation for thorough and zealous advocacy of her clients in family law.

Randi obtained her Juris Doctor Degree in law from Temple University in 1992. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University, accomplished in 1982. In addition, Randi also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western New England College, which is located in Massachusetts.  She is admitted to practice in the Northern District Court of Florida.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Randi has also been an active volunteer in the community. She is a member of the Gainesville Collaborative Law Team, the Gainesville Rotary Club, the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association and the Family Bar Association. She also volunteers for the Justice Teaching Program. 

While in Pennsylvania, Randi was a member of the Montoursville Rotary Club, a board member for the South Williamsport Area School District Foundation and a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children. Randi was also recognized by the Lycoming County Bar Association for her pro bono contribution to the community.
